1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by ApparelLots. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ApparelLots. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. INVENTORY & LOT CONDITIONS

As a specialist in apparel inventory and lots, the user acknowledges the following:

"As-Is" Basis: Unless otherwise stated, all inventory lots are sold on an "As-Is" basis. Slight variances in size distribution and color ratios may occur within bulk lots.
Live Inventory: Our inventory feed is live. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock; the transaction must be completed to secure the lot.
Condition Grades: Descriptions such as "New with Tags (NWT)", "Overstock", or "Shelf Pulls" are used to describe the general condition of the lot.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5. SHIPPING AND EXPORT COMPLIANCE

For bulk orders, shipping rates are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their respective country.

6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the wholesale nature of bulk inventory lots, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted in cases of gross misrepresentation of the lot contents or manifest shipping errors reported within 7 days of receipt.

7. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
