Return and Refund Policy

1. CRITERIA FOR RETURNS
Returns are only evaluated and potentially authorized in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Gross Misrepresentation: The lot received is significantly different from the manifest or description provided (e.g., ordered jackets, received t-shirts).
- Major Manufacturing Defects: While slight imperfections are common in liquidation lots, a return may be considered if more than 10% of the lot contains major structural damage (excluding minor loose threads or missing hangtags).
- Shipping Errors: You received an item or lot that was not part of your original order.
2. REPORTING WINDOW
All discrepancies, damages, or errors must be reported to ApparelLots within 7 business days of the delivery date. After this window, the shipment is deemed accepted and no claims will be processed.
3. RETURN PROCESS
If your situation meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at [ApparelLots@ApparelLots.com] with your order number.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue (labels, packaging, and the specific items in question).
- If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Note: Do not ship items back to us without a prior RMA. Unauthorized returns will be refused at our warehouse.
4. REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days):
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Depending on the case, we may offer Store Credit as a faster alternative.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
