Shipping time begins after production and final quality inspection are completed. Actual delivery time can vary by destination, customs processing, carrier schedules, order volume, and the selected shipping method. Your final shipping estimate will be confirmed with your order before production is completed.
From Logo Approval to Final Delivery

Customs & Import Processing: International shipments may require commercial invoices, packing lists, customs information, and other documentation. The specific requirements depend on the destination country and shipment.
Final Delivery: Depending on the selected service, the shipment can be delivered directly to your business, school, team facility, organization, warehouse, or other approved delivery address.
FOB Shipping for Business & Wholesale Buyers
FOB shipping is also available for buyers who already work with their own freight forwarder, customs broker, or international logistics provider. This option can be useful for established companies and purchasing teams that prefer to control the transportation process after the goods leave the factory.
If you already have a preferred freight forwarder or customs partner, provide the shipping instructions during the quotation process so the production and export arrangements can be coordinated accordingly.
Shipment Tracking & Order Updates
After your custom apparel order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available for the selected transportation service. Tracking visibility can vary between express, air freight, and ocean freight shipments.
For larger bulk apparel orders, shipment information may include carrier details, tracking or booking references, packing information, and estimated arrival timing. This gives your purchasing team a clear view of the order after production.
