At ApparelLots, every garment lot manufactured or embellished through our flexible network is built-to-order according to your specific institutional tech packs and headcount allocations. Because each run is structurally customized with specialized thread tracking, logo alignment, and designated colorways, these custom batches are non-reversible and ineligible for returns due to organizational administrative changes or preference shifts.

Industrial Textile Tolerance

In international textile manufacturing, standard structural and quantity variations are subject to a minor 3% industrial tolerance threshold. This accounts for minor mechanical knit contraction or material yield variances. Formal engineering remediation tracks are initiated immediately if discrepancies or panel variations exceed this contract boundary.

Remediation Triggers

While our facility enforces rigorous line-by-line manual auditing inside our Hangzhou quality labs, we provide contract-locked protection against significant technical deviations:

  • Structural Fabric Failures: Major structural yarn defects, severe panel shifting, or broken hardware tracking parameters that fall below commercial standards.
  • Blueprint Deviation: Explicit geometric misalignments where final multi-head embroidery or technical print execution fails to match the approved pre-production vector graphic positioning maps.
  • Lot Shortages: Verified delivery volume shortages that fall completely outside the allowed 3% industrial tolerance margin.

Post-Delivery Auditing Protocol

To secure immediate technical validation, procurement boards must submit any verification requests within a 7-day quality auditing window following terminal DDP or FOB facility arrival. Please execute the following protocol to initiate an expedited review track:

  1. Technical Documentation: Capture high-definition macro photography or technical video assets explicitly capturing the localized panel discrepancy, sizing curve variance, or stitch track deformation.
  2. Ticket Submission: Transmit your asset logs and reference invoice tracking IDs straight to our engineering desk at darhaiwang@gmail.com for data cross-examination.
  3. Resolution Execution: Our production board will audit the telemetry within 3 business days. Confirmed deviations are immediately routed to prioritized **factory re-runs, remedial processing tracks, or structural proportional contract adjustments**.

Laboratory & Sample Review Tracks

In specialized execution scenarios where our engineering desk requests a localized sample return for laboratory fabric cross-examination or dye lot stability tracking, ApparelLots coordinates the transit authorization parameters. All authorized engineering evaluation lots must preserve their factory packaging rules to ensure uncorrupted data analysis.
