Ordering & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity for custom apparel?
MOQ depends on the apparel style, customization method, colors, and production requirements. Many custom apparel projects can be produced in practical bulk quantities rather than requiring thousands of pieces. The exact MOQ is listed on each product page or can be confirmed with our team before ordering.
Can I mix different sizes in the same custom apparel order?
Yes. Most bulk apparel orders can include a size breakdown based on your actual requirements. For example, an organization can combine multiple sizes within the same production order instead of purchasing one size only.
Can I mix colors in one order?
In many cases, yes. Color flexibility depends on the specific apparel style, quantity, and customization method. If you need multiple garment colors with the same logo, provide the color breakdown when requesting a quote so we can confirm the available production options.
Can I order custom apparel for a business, school, team, or organization?
Yes. ApparelLots works with a wide range of bulk buyers, including businesses, schools, sports teams, brands, nonprofits, clubs, events, and organizations that need apparel with their own logo or branding.

Logo & Customization

Can I add my own logo to the apparel?
Yes. Custom logo apparel is one of our core services. Depending on the product, your branding can be applied using options such as screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer, custom labels, and other decoration methods. The available options depend on the garment and artwork.
What file should I send for my logo?
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG is generally preferred for production because it allows the logo to be scaled cleanly. High-resolution PNG files may also work for some printing methods. If you are not sure whether your artwork is suitable, send the file to us and we can review it before production.
Can I see the logo placement before bulk production?
Yes. We can provide a production artwork preview or mockup for review when required. This allows you to confirm important details such as logo size, placement, colors, garment color, and customization method before bulk production begins.
Can I customize more than just the logo?
Depending on the product, customization can include garment colors, logo placement, printing or embroidery, neck labels, woven labels, packaging, and other branding details. More extensive customization may require different production quantities or additional setup.

Sizing & Quality

How do I choose the right apparel size?
We recommend reviewing the size chart provided for the specific product before placing a bulk order. Apparel sizing can vary between styles, so measurements are more reliable than assuming the same size will fit identically across different garments.
Can you provide a sample before I place a large order?
Sample availability depends on the product and customization requirements. For projects where a physical sample is recommended, we can discuss sample production before the bulk order. This is particularly useful when you need to verify garment fit, fabric, color, logo placement, or decoration quality.
How do you check the quality of custom apparel?
Quality checks can include garment construction, fabric specifications, stitching, sizing, color, logo placement, and printing or embroidery quality. The exact inspection points depend on the apparel style and specifications agreed for the order.
Will cotton apparel shrink after washing?
Natural cotton garments can experience some dimensional change after washing, depending on the fabric, finishing process, and care method. For products where shrinkage is an important concern, we recommend reviewing the product specifications and care instructions before production.
Custom apparel quality inspection and production specification review.

Production & Shipping

How long does custom apparel production take?
Production time varies by product, quantity, customization method, artwork approval, and current production capacity. Before you place an order, we can provide an estimated production timeline based on your specific project.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination, shipping method, package size, and order quantity. Available options may include express air freight, standard air freight, and ocean freight. For bulk orders, ocean freight can often provide a more economical option when delivery timing allows.
Do you offer DDP shipping?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is available for eligible destinations and orders. When DDP is selected, the shipping arrangement can include customs clearance and applicable import charges, providing a simpler door-to-door delivery process. Availability and cost depend on the destination and shipment.
Can you ship directly to my business, school, team, or organization?
Yes. Custom apparel orders can be shipped to a business address, school, office, warehouse, event location, or other eligible delivery address. Provide the complete destination information when requesting your shipping quote.

Returns & Quality Claims

What happens if my custom apparel order has a quality problem?
If you receive apparel that does not match the approved order specifications, contact us as soon as possible with photographs, order details, and a description of the issue. We will review the claim against the approved artwork, product specifications, and production requirements and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Can custom apparel be returned if I change my mind?
Because custom logo apparel is produced specifically for each customer, standard change-of-mind returns may not be available once production has started. Please review the applicable returns and claims policy before placing your order.
Can I place the same custom apparel order again later?
Yes. Repeat production is available for many custom apparel projects. Keeping the original product specifications, artwork, logo placement, colors, and size breakdown can make future reorders easier to coordinate.
